Membership Meetings - Held monthly at various locations in and around downtown St. Paul, this is a great opportunity to get your company's branding in front of 50+ people.
Annual Golf Tournament - A fun day of golf that includes shotgun start format, longest drive contest, closest to the pin contest, beverage cart on course, lunch on course, post-golf cocktails, a banquet, and raffle prizes. Becoming a sponsor for this event puts your branding front and center at one of our biggest events of the year. We have anywhere between 150-200 attendees!
Annual Tradeshow and Expo - Held downtown at the DoubleTree, this is another event with a high turnout of roughly 60-75 building members. Many of our service provider members exhibit to promote their products and services. Along with the Golf Tournament, this is a BOMA event where a sales pitch is expected and welcome.
First Responders Appreciation Luncheon- This event is normally held at the Twin Cities Public Television building and is a celebration of the St. Paul Police Department, Fire, Metro Transit, and Sheriff’s office. We show our appreciation to these hardworking men and women through an elaborate afternoon that includes a luncheon and prizes for the first responders.
BOMA Essential Courses (BEC) - Greater Saint Paul BOMA holds 4 - 5 BEC's (2 - 3-hour seminars) per year. Topics range from Economics to Codes and Regulations to Getting the Grey Out of Green. Attendance for these events range from 25 - 65 people depending on the topic. Information regarding sponsorships are made available to members about two months before an event is held.
