BOMA International Advocacy 

Members of St. Paul BOMA are also members of BOMA International.  No other association is as strong an advocate for the commercial real estate industry as BOMA International.  Their staff of legislative experts monitors congressional activity and takes appropriate action to ensure commercial real estate is well protected. They also organize a National Issues Conference bi-annually and bring in members from the local chapters to meet with senators and representative on current issues impacting commercial real estate.
