Saint Paul BOMA provides learning experiences that enhance members’ knowledge through a comprehensive variety of educational programs like:

General Membership Meetings that cover timely and important issues affect-
ing the C & I Industry. These meetings, held the second Monday of each month
at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, provide networking opportunities and
Continuing Education credit for property managers.

*Minnesota State Statutes require that licensed real estate professionals earn 15 CEUs per year. (See State Statutes, scroll to Subd. 13.)

Additional educational opportunities are also available through BOMI -
Building Owners & Managers Institute and BOMA International.

*BOMI designations of RPA, FMA, SMT, and SMA require 18 CEUs every three years. (BOMI)
