About Marketing with Saint Paul BOMA

Newsletter Advertising - The Saint Paul BOMA Newsletter is a monthly editorial that gets sent to over 400 Real Estate Professionals in the Twin Cities and Metro Area. The newsletter is sent to most Saint Paul BOMA Members in a printed version. In 2009 Saint Paul BOMA also started offering members an electronic version of the newsletter in lieu of receiving the newsletter through the mail. To date about a quarter of the membership receives the electronic version of the newsletter. While the printed version is in black and white, the electronic version is full color with ads linked back to the advertiser's website.

Website/Update Advertising - Website advertising is a great way to get your company noticed. This option allows your business card sized ad to be placed on the Saint Paul BOMA website with a link back to your website. This same ad (with link) is also placed in our Friday Saint Paul BOMA Email Updates that is sent to over 400 Real Estate Professionals.

Online Buyer's Guide - The Saint Paul BOMA Online Buyer's Guide is a detailed listing of trusted Service Partners. Real Estate Professionals refer to this when looking for a particular service. While this serves a similar funtion as the Membership Directory, the Online Buyer's Guide is completely online, available to Non-BOMA Members as well as BOMA Members, and has a detailed services offered description.

Membership Directory - The Saint Paul BOMA Membership Directory is a Commercial Real Estate Professional's most frequently used directory. Every member of Saint Paul BOMA is listed in the directory several times for free. Many members use their directory on a daily basis. There are several advertising opportunities available in the Directory. This is the only Saint Paul BOMA publication that is in front of Saint Paul BOMA Members, your clients and prospective clients, for an entire year. Information regarding advertising in the Directory will come out in February 2010.

 

Event Sponsorships

Products and Services Expo - Every November Saint Paul BOMA hosts a Products and Services Expo. This event is attended by over 250 people each year. Exhibitor registration information will be made available in the fall. Booth costs range from $255 for a non electrical table to $280 for an electrical table.

Saint Paul/ Minneapolis BOMA Seminars - Twice per year, Saint Paul BOMA and BOMA Greater Minneapolis partner to hold 1/2 day seminars. Sponsorships are made available to Service Partners of both organizations. Attandance for these seminars range from 100 - 250 people depending on the topic. This is a great opportunity to market on both sides of the river. Sponsorship information is made available about two months before the event.

BOMA Essential Courses (BEC) - Saint Paul BOMA holds 4 - 5 BEC's (2 - 3 hour seminars) per year. Topics range from Economics to Codes and Regulations to Getting the Grey Out of Green. Attendance for these events range from 25 - 65 people depending on the topic. Information regarding sponsorships are made available to members about two months before an event is held.

BOMA and A Brew Social - The BOMA and A Brew Social Events were started in 2009 and have been increasingly successful. These events are designed for members to network and get to know one another in an informal, social setting. The event is a 100% free for all attendees. This helps drive Real Estate Professionals to attend the networking events. Events are held in a downtown restaurant or BOMA Member Building. There are usually two sponsors per event. One sponsor covers the cost of appetizers and the other covers the cost of drinks for those in attendance. Sponsoring a BOMA and A Brew Event usually costs between $300 and $450 per sponsor depending on where the event is held.
